We have a range of appointment type:
- Appointment with your pharmacy of choice
- Online - you can contact us online and your information will be reviewed by a clinician. You can login via the NHS app
- Extended access service - early morning or evening appointments at a GP practice within the local area
- Advance booking - booking at least 1 day in advance
- On the day - call us in the morning (from 8am) to book an appointment that day

An online system allowing you to get a response from a healthcare professional at Peninsula Practice. You can request medical advice, test results, recurrent sick notes, and self-refer to other services. |

Extended Access service |

Early morning appointments are available at The Peninsula Practice, and evening and weekend appointments are available at Wickham Market Medical Centre, Framfield House Surgery and Little St Johns Surgery. Appointments can be made until 8pm on weekdays and between 9am and 5pm on Saturdays at selected practices. |
Advance booking |

May be booked months, weeks or days in advance. These appointment slots are spread throughout the day to meet your needs. |

Additional appointments are released three days in advance for extra availability. |
