You and Your General Practice

Please note we may be unable to provide services exactly as set out in "You and your general practice" in certain circumstances, including:

  • Lack of clinical or administrative capacity
  • Planned closure for staff training (e.g. half-day each month)
  • Unforseen events (e.g. IT outage, severe weather)
  • Failure of NHS - supplied software (e.g. online consultations or GP Connect issues)
  • Situtations where continuiing to accept requests would compromise safe service delivery

A component of YYGP is ensuring patients and their representatives know that they can raise feedback or concerns with their ICB as well as the practice.
